The inStrategy Story
Think inStrategy was born out of a keen desire to elevate leaders and their teams to produce sustainable, scalable businesses. Since then, inStrategy has expanded its services to include an inOvation group, an inTransition Executive group, an inProgress group, an inCommand group and several Performance Leadership groups.

Our team inspiration is from Rosemary (Paetow) Singh, CEO of inStrategy, who brings with her over 20 years of leadership coaching experience and experience as a CEO and CFO. Rosemary lives to help leaders navigate their organizations across the chasm so they can achieve breakthrough results.
Rosemary’s career has spanned from science to finance to chief executive to leadership development. She began as a scientist, researching a cure for Multiple Sclerosis at what is now the Scripps Research Institute, before moving on to become a CPA with KMPG and then running a mid-sized accounting software consulting company for nine years.
In all, Rosemary has ten years of leadership development and execution experience. In that time she has helped hundreds become better leaders, and taken CEOs through every life cycle phase—from startup to market-leader. For nine years Rosemary was a Chair at Vistage International, one of the world’s foremost business networking organizations. Her breadth of personal and professional experience provides wisdom to insightfully instruct today’s CEO.
On this journey of exploring leadership for nearly a half century, we have learned that a few things remain true: leadership is hard (and lonely) and leadership is an ongoing process not an end goal.
