Joseph has big ideas—and even bigger dreams of bringing positive change to his industry and to his company. While he is the rainmaker and loves the challenge of outperforming his goals, he knows he needs to train up his staff to take over the day to day business activities. Both his company and he are transitioning from being serial entrepreneurs to a professionally managed corporation. He needs better processes, better KPI’s to manage his staff’s results, and he needs to learn to manage up and down. His dream is to have an equity stake in the firm as a reward for driving the company to its next level but that means he has to find and train his successor and he needs to learn what he doesn’t know about running a company or making equity level decisions.
