Sandra is a young CEO whose medical device business is less than five years old. In the first two years of the company’s history, sales grew rapidly but now they are stagnant. Previously, she worked in a middle-management role for a publicly traded company. She spends much of her time putting out fires and handling management-level issues, and she’d like to focus more strategically on where she can take the company in the next five years. She wants to build her legacy and stimulate a culture of innovation. With a young daughter at home, Sandra also struggles to maintain a balance between her work and home life. While she’s unsure how to do so, she knows there is a way to more efficiently delegate tasks to her executive and management team.
